Refund policy

Returns

At the moment, only returns on Canadian orders are accepted. You may bring them into the store or ship them back to us at your own expense.

We will gladly return regularly priced merchandise that is post-marked within 14 business days after merchandise is received for a full refund back to the original form of payment, or we can exchange the item.  If we receive merchandise after 14 days but within 30 days, a store credit will be issued. We will not accept any returns after 30 days. All Sale items are final sale. 

All items must returned in the same condition received; all returned items will be inspected before a full refund is issued. All Allen Edmonds Shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note we are not liable for any lost shipments when a return shipment is shipped at your own expense. We recommend shipping with tracking and signature.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like direct contact with skin products (undershirts, shirts, t-shirts), custom products(such as tailored made or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
